JTC provides several options when it comes to residential construction. We have lots and acreage available for building in north Walton County, north Okaloosa County, and within the city limits of Crestview. We also have pre-built homes available for purchase.
If you already have a lot to build on, we offer a variety of floor plans from which to choose. JTC is also prepared to construct a custom home tailored to meet your family's specific needs. We work closely with several draftsmen and architects who will create a floor plan that's perfect for you.
Renovation
JTC is able to help rework your existing home as well. We can help with remodeling your home, whether you are planning to revamp one room or your entire home. JTC can also meet your needs when it comes to building additions on to your existing structure.
Commercial
JTC has the experience it takes to build commercial projects. We have built many familiar commercial structures in the Crestview area, including Southside Animal Clinic, the CSX Railroad office, Dr. Barnes' dental office, and the Nationwide Insurance office.
