We just wanted to say again how pleased we are with our new home.  It is beautiful!  Your reputation for building a quality home is well deserved.  

 

You clearly have an eye for detail and an expectation of excellence, and those qualities are evident in your finished product, inside and out.  You have been great to work with throughout this whole process, beginning when we were living hundreds of miles away, and finishing -- right on schedule! -- when we were close enough to watch the daily progress.  We very much appreciated that you welcomed us to come to the building site any time, and you were always gracious to respond to any inquiries promptly and clearly.  Your choices of flooring, light fixtures, door handles, plumbing fixtures, etc. are perfect!  The craftsmanship of you and your crews, and your integrity through the whole building process will keep us singing your praises and giving our recommendation of you to others.

Dear Mr. Terrell,

First, I want to give some credibility to my comments.  My wife and I have owned twelve different homes over forty years, many were new but already built when we bought them.  Four of them, including the one your company just built, were ones in which we evaluated builders and then contracted for the house to be built.  Given that I began work in the lumber & building materials industry in 1993 and worked for companies for which 98% of our business was sales to professional residential contractors, I perhaps have better knowledge than many of how to evaluate house construction and home builders.

 

When we came to Florida last November we knew that we strongly preferred to build so that our home would meet current building codes and that we wouldn't inherit problems that are all too frequent in older homes.  We were apprehensive because we had always been within a few miles of any house we have built, but that was not possible this time as I still needed to complete my special project assignment in Western Michigan.  We looked in Pensacola, Crestview, Defuniak Springs, and Freeport.  We saw many good homes but once we saw two of your houses under construction and met you and Matt, the decision was obvious that you and your team were ones in which we could have a high level of confidence.  Checking reviews on your company and seeing that one site rates you in the top 15% of all Florida builders furthered our confidence.  The fact that you and Matt were very responsive to my particular request of leaving as many of the trees on the lot as possible was very important to me.

 

You and Matt regularly sent pictures and kept me up to date on the progress.  When I arrived for the walk-through prior to closing I was most pleased.  There were only three or four minor issues to address and they were all addressed promptly and completely.  Additionally, now that I have begun thinning out some of the trees and making the property the way we want it, I am truly shocked at the lack of construction debris, literally only THREE PIECES.  That's amazing when compared to our experiences with our other newly constructed homes.

 

We most sincerely thank you and your team for the integrity and professionalism shown throughout the entire process.  Many Christians are well intentioned but sometimes fail to do what is right when the various challenges of life and work...schedules impacted by weather, problems with suppliers, unexpected costs, etc. come at them.  We are so excited to find a brother in Christ who, from our perspective, seems to be applying his faith in his work consistently.

 

Meeting you and Matt and having your team build our house was truly a God-sent blessing.
